Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of pet portraits and personalized artwork, all custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corazon4419@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at corazon4419@gmail.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
