Production & Processing Time

Each pet portrait is individually hand-drawn with great care and attention to detail. Because every artwork is custom-made, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for the creation process before your order is shipped.

Processing time depends on portrait complexity, number of pets, artwork size, and current order volume.

If you selected a framed portrait, additional time may be required for professional framing and secure packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your artwork is completed, your order will be shipped within the United States using USPS or UPS.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package size, destination, and delivery speed.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days  
Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–3 business days

Need it sooner? We offer a Rush Order service for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at corazon4419@gmail.com before placing your order to check our current schedule and arrange expedited creation.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Digital Orders

If you purchase a Digital File option, no physical item will be shipped. Your completed high-resolution artwork will be delivered directly to your email address after the portrait is finished.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

All portraits are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corazon4419@gmail.com and include photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
